In Loving Memory ~
Our loving mother, Leslie Evans (West), graciously and peacefully slipped away on February 14, 2023 with family by her side at the age of 66.
She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her two children Renee (Nic), Jessie (Jennifer) and grandchildren Isabella (Josh), Elliot, Hailey, Ashley, James and Tyler as well as her numerous family relatives and friends.
Leslie was predeceased by her mother Lydia West and father Gord West.
A celebration will be held with a date yet to be determined.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Leslie's name to Cowichan Hospice.
The family wishes to send a special thanks to Cowichan Hospice, Dr. Ismail and Dr. O'Malley for their compassion and care.
