October 11, 1948 – May 15, 2021
Lillian Peakman of Duncan passed away peacefully at Cerwydden Care Centre on May 15, 2021 at the age of 72 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Patty (Gerry) Saelens; grandchildren: Scott, Jody, Kayle, and Jaiden; two sisters, one brother as well as numerous sisters and brothers in laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
She is predeceased by her husband Ed, son Jeff, her parents and one brother. Lillian was friendly, outgoing, enjoyed people, loved her family, her dogs and shopping. She worked with homecare then with her husband Ed as owner managers of the Englishman River Motel and retired in Duncan.
Dementia had stolen the last years of her life. Thanks to the very special staff at Cerwydden Care Centre and Dr. Barr for the care and love given to her. Lillian is laid to rest with her beloved husband Ed of 58 years at Royal Oak Cemetery in Victoria where they will be together forever.
