Linda Ann Malvena

March 20, 1944 - August 18, 2019
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She passed away peacefully at the Chemainus Health Care Center.
She was predeceased by her parents Doug and Gerry, and younger brother Jimmy.
Linda is survived by John, husband of 58 years, daughters Heather, Tracey (Doug), and son Keith (Vanessa), brother Scott (Marg), sister Laurel, granddaughters; Sydney, Rachel, grandsons; Lindsay, Ryne, Riley and Connor.
Linda was born in New Westminster, grew up and married in Ocean Falls, BC.
She lived for family and her beloved labradors, also enjoyed volunteering at the Crofton Community Center. Later in life took up quilting with a passion, and loved to socialize and quilt Friday mornings at the Seniors Center in Crofton.
The family would like to thank Dr. Broere, her GP who really stepped up for us.
Dr. Antonsen and staff at the Jubilee Transplant Clinic, caregivers at CDH, the care team at the Chemainus Health Center, her many friends and the Hortons Gang.
A special thank you to Chris and Una who made her journey easier.
