Passed away peacefully at the age of 87. A nurse by profession, Mae was hardworking and tenacious. She was a devoted and loving wife to Joe, and a caring and generous mother and grandmother. Mae loved to travel, sew, paint, play the piano and walk her little dog. Her sense of humour and wit stayed with her until the very end. Mae will be dearly missed by her 4 children, Colleen (Robert) Vezina, Nancy (Chris) O’Toole, Jim (Janette) Birch, Cathy (Allen) Binnie, 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, twin sister June and many other family members and friends. As requested Mae’s final resting place will be with her husband and family in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
