It is with great sadness that the family of Mariana Sass (nee Hansen) announces her passing on September 29, 201.7
Mariana will be forever remembered by her husband, immediate family, extended family and numerous friends.
Mariana was a Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She spent her working life as a nurse, and working with the District of North Cowichan.
To all that knew her, Mariana will be remembered as a vibrant, strong woman with a desire to help others and focus on the positive changes we could make around us.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cowichan Valley Hospice Society.
A special thanks to the staff at the Chemainus Health Care Centre and the Cowichan District Hospital.
