With heavy hearts and profound love we say goodbye to Patrick Robert Clements who passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the age of 80 years in Saskatoon, SK.
Pat is survived and dearly missed by his wife, Barb; his children, daughter Tracey and son Doug (Cathy); his grandchildren, Dylan (Nakaylia), David and Bohdi; and great-grandchildren, Jackson and Nolan; as well as his sisters, Donna, Dianna and Betty. He was predeceased by his parents, Percy and Doreen; and his siblings, Sandra Van Horne, Daniel Clements and Joanne Pastor.
Pat was a devoted family man, and enjoyed spending time with family.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Sahtlam Firehall in Duncan, BC. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada.
