November 30, 1935 - March 20, 2020
Peter was known as an outgoing neighbour and friend who enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, cracking jokes and walking his dogs. Toward the end of his career, many knew him as the man at the gate of the Macmillan Bloedel property in Glenora.
After retiring in 2000, he volunteered in the community and enjoyed lawn bowling and bridge. Even as Alzheimer's and heart failure slowly robbed him of his short term memory and passions, he maintained a cheery personality that brought smiles to all.
Peter passed away peacefully the morning of March 20 and will be missed by friends, family, and Fran, his wife of 37 years. Fran sincerely thanks their dear friends, family, and VIHA for their countless hours serving the love of her life in his last years.
