Reg passed away peacefully in his sleep during the early hours of November 13, 2017.
His wife Barbara and daughter Jane were by his side.
Reg will be remembered by all who knew him as a kind, intelligent and truthful man. We remember his calm wise words, his easy laugh and his special way of making people feel comfortable in his company. Reg was a gentleman.
Consistently Dad demonstrated his love, integrity and decency to us and for us. He was a man of strong principles which is his legacy for all of us to try to emulate.
We were lucky to have him as our Dad. His sons , Rod from Nairobi, and Bryn from Melbourne will travel to Vancouver Island next year to join the family in a celebration of life.
Barbara requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Reg.
