April 18, 1942 - September 17, 2018
Following an extended illness, Robert Tuff died peacefully in his sleep on September 17.

A Victoria native, Bob moved to Regina, Saskatchewan at a very young age. In 1964 he and Joan married and three years later welcomed a daughter, Jaki. Eventually the family moved to Powell River where Bob found success in the roofing industry, starting his own company. Drawn back to the island once more, the family moved to Victoria in 1984, where Bob started his own roofing consulting business, which he eventually located to Cowichan Valley in the early 90's. Prior to his illness, Bob and Joan enjoyed extensive travel and Bob kept busy with elaborate building projects around the house. Over the years he added an addition to the house, two decks, a gazebo, two additions to Joan's pottery building, a workshop and many smaller projects.

In addition to his wife and daughter, he leaves behind three grandchildren Tyler, Braedon and Ashley, who were the light of his life; and his brother Bill and wife Eileen, in Regina.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held later in the year with details to follow.

Flowers are gratefully declined.
