Robert Douglas Young Aug 1, 1940 - Mar 10, 2019 passed away after a long battle with cancer.
Predeceased by his son Terry, parents Eva & Syd, brother Harry & sister Shirley. Survived by his wife Rhonda, son Robbie and daughter Donna Hind (Dale), and family, siblings Steve, Loretta, Stan & Lois. Many nephews & nieces.
Rob worked for BCFP for 45 years, enjoyed many years fishing & boating. He also was a 55 year member of the Elk's.
There will be a gathering at the Elk's Home 149 Station Street, Duncan BC on April 27, 2019 Between 3 pm - 5 pm.
Thank you to the staff at Cowichan District Hospital and to Dr. G Robinson for their compassionate care that Rob received while in their care.
