Robert Erik Owen Scholefield

April 28, 1926 - February 23, 2019
Bob passed away peacefully with his family by his side. He was the loving father of, and will be truly missed by, Pat (Jean), Roberta Greer (Fred), Sheila-May Charette (Denis), Lewis (Shelley), Fred, Barb (Scott) and Gerald; and step children Herb Andrist and Linda Donohue.
Also missed by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great- great granddaughter. He was predeceased by his wife Evelyn.
Bob was born on Pender Island but lived on various Gulf Islands and towns on Vancouver Island. He worked a variety of jobs in the forest industry. He was nick-named "Relic" by his co-workers at Cowichan Lake.
Bob loved fishing, tinkering on vehicles and woodworking. More than anything else he loved making people laugh with sometimes colourful politically incorrect humor.
