November 8, 1953 - June 11, 2018
Sigrid (Mickie) McRorie passed away peacefully in her home after her courageous battle with cancer which she met with dignity and grace and never stopped smiling.
She is predeceased by her parents Siegfried and Almuth Neufeld. Survived by her husband Ron, daughter Teri, son Tom, stepdaughter Lorianne and grandchildren Gavin, Tru, Merick and Kai.
Mickie will always be known for sticking up for the little guys, fighting for principles she believed in and for always having perfect nails. She was a beautiful, loving, funny, all around amazing women and will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
A very special thank you to Dr. Valerie Masuda for going above and beyond and providing mom with such exceptional care. We would also like to thank all the home care nurses and workers for all their dedication and patience.
