Sonja's Family wish to thank all the very kind Care Aids, both at home and at the Sunridge Place Care Home, as well as the Medical Personnel who assisted Sonja throughout her illness in the all-too-short year she spent with us in the Cowichan Valley - particularly Dr. Lauren Jackson (her Family Doctor) and Sonja's Geriatric Team: Dr. Rodger, Dr. Furigay, alongside Chris Perry, RN & Hazel Booth, RN.
We'd also like sincerely to thank Jennifer Huffman, Sonja's Case Worker who tirelessly helped us navigate and access in-home care for Sonja in her initial nine months at home in the Duncan area.
