Beloved son of Adolphe and Velma (Maki) VandeCasteyen.
Terry passed away peacefully at NRH ICU with support of the nurses and Drs in ICU as well as the staff at CDH. Special thanks to all of them for their care and kindness to Terry and especially Dr. Ronald.
Predeceased by his parents and brother, Lee Wayne VandeCasteyen.
Terry leaves behind his sister, Cheryl Lynn, nephews Ken, Joe, Michael and David and their families and cousins and other family members.
