Timothy Glenn Arthur Brooks was born on November 8, 1990 in New Westminster, BC. He lived in Coquitlam until the family moved to Vancouver Island in 1997. He attended Lochside School, Quamichan Middle School and Island Oak High School, Graduating in 2008.

Tim loved sports and the outdoors, he played football, lacrosse and hockey for a short period before trading in all sports for his real passion for fishing and hunting. He loved all animals, especially all dogs, and they loved him.

Tim worked at the Gang Ranch, as an apprentice lineman, and completed a meat cutting apprenticeship before pursuing his passion as a professional sports fishing guide. For the 2016 season Tim guided for West Coast Resorts at Englefield Bay and he told everyone that his life was amazing.

Tim leaves behind his parents Conan and Cheryl Brooks, siblings Janis Brooks, Pamela Rivet and Patrick Brooks, his grandmother Elizabeth Phillips, adopted grandparents Siyemches and Mary Malloway, five nieces, one nephew, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends too numerous to count.

He has gone to join his maternal and paternal grandparents, and his sister Mary Brooks.

The family invites you to join them for a celebration of life on November 5 at 10AM at the Richard Malloway Memorial Longhouse at 7170 Chilliwack River Road in Chilliwack, BC.

The family thanks everyone that has shared their love and memories of Tim. Your kind word, visits and help have comforted us greatly.
