Bob left this world peacefully on June 17, 2018 at the Cowichan District Hospital. Born in Montreal, he grew up in Winnipeg and attended St. Paul's College.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Wreford and their children and grandchildren: Megan O'Hara (John Innis) of Cowichan Bay and their children, Alison, Peter (Britt Sanders ) and Liam Innis; Shelagh Hohm (David) of Edmonton and their daughter Allegra; Michael of Edmonton and his son Sean; and Kevin O'Hara of Toronto.
Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Margaret O'Hara, sister Joan Grassby and brother Michael B. O'Hara.
Bob took great pleasure in his many years with Wardair, latterly as vice president of cargo. He and Wref enjoyed a long retirement in Duncan.
The family appreciates the fine care given by the staff of the CDH, and by Dr. Archdekin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cowichan Hospice Society. A funeral mass will be held at St. Edward's Church, 2085 Maple Bay Rd, Duncan on Monday, June 25 at 1:30 pm.
