Burning wood in the yard not a rural value

We certainly do not regard burning wood to be a rural value.

We have owned a small piece of rural property in this area for a very long time. My wife was born here. We certainly do not regard burning wood to be a rural value.

The rural values we try to live by include not making our neighbours sick, not threatening their lives and the health of their families with wood smoke, and not damaging their children to save a few dollars on our heating bill.

If some think that burning wood is a rural value I would suggest that they may have smoked too much wood.
