Is this Cowichan Valley Citizen, that is promoting the frivolous plastering of Christmas lights all over local buildings so that they can burn every evening for the next few weeks, the same Cowichan Valley Citizen that back in March was urging people to turn off all of their house lights for one hour for Earth Hour?!
