CVRD must not follow Vancouver climate plan
Now that the CVRD has declared a climate emergency, thanks to the lobbying by One Cowichan, time for them to follow Vancouver in its “plan”, to deal with climate change.

Put a toll on every vehicle passing either north or south through the CVRD.
Think of all the money we could stack up, as sure as hell no one can get through “our” zone without vehicles!
However, as long as this idea doesn’t change the beautiful climate we have been experiencing in the CVRD, or throughout B.C. for that matter, with lots of sun this past summer and only limited amount of forest fires.
God help us folks if the CVRD heads down this insane road, if they follow Vancouver, with another 9,999 “changes” to come.
