I think there was an error in your article about the City of Duncan updating their website. You must have placed an extra zero in the amount they are planning to spend. Forty-five thousand dollars? That’s outrageous!
I have been on the website a number of times and find it fairly easy to navigate. It’s often easier to find items on it than on the North Cowichan or CVRD websites, in my opinion.
