I am hoping that the rental revenue from the movie set can and will be used to help pay for some of the renovations, maybe even parlay all that skilled carpentry help to make minor renos that can be fit in with the set design retrofits.
This however is a good example of possible future uses for the building once the renos are made. More and more we are seeing people visiting the Valley looking to engage in local history and exploring unique forested areas.
