Regarding the harmful effects of irresponsible wood burning, I would like to share something I heard on CBC Radio about a week ago.
An expert in air-born pollutants pointed out that it is impossible to keep the fine particulate matter from wood smoke from getting into your home and causing problems with breathing.
So, to those who would respond to Ms. Blin and P. Vogan that they should avoid the smog of wood burning by just staying in their house, I would say, that's impossible!
