Let Hydro, ICBC run like regular corporations
This surplus that the present finance minister talks of, would the government consider returning funds taken from ICBC and BC Hydro, then give to the citizens of B.C. a true statement of our financial position rather than a concocted version?
One other thing, what is the chance of removing these two businesses off the Crown corporation status so that they may operate like any other incorporated business — free of governmental interference?
