All first-time buyers want is place to call home

What an opportunity for Ranchland [Laketown Ranch] and Lake Cowichan to fill a need. Do something that is focused on getting people into home ownership (not a cabin). All first-time buyers want, I believe, is somewhere to call home and be part of a community. A thousand square foot, two bedroom home. Maybe a little garden and a clothesline in the backyard. Simple and affordable. Not for rent, for pride. Could be a model for all communities. Campsite is not a bad idea. Can’t get one of them either.
