Be kinder to those in service industry

Never was I more happy to be out of the retail/restaurant industry.

While at a fast food outlet in Duncan, I could see that the drive-through and those ordering inside had long lines. The staff were almost running to keep the lines moving. I would’ve hoped that people would be more patient but they weren’t. I heard from different people, “I want my money back!”, “Can I speak to the manager?”, “I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes!”, “This is the worst service ever!”

‘Tis the season and everyone is out and there are lines everywhere you go. Can we please be more kind and patient to those in the service industry?
