Expanding Duncan Manor into park soul crushing

The quaintness of Duncan lives in its small and historic downtown. The soul of Duncan lies in Charles Hoey and Centennial Park. Ecological degradation is a fact and the importance of the environment (as witnessed during a year of COVID) to our physical, emotional, social and psychological health is beyond refute. Thousands of people use Centennial Park all year long. Paving roadways, parking spaces and constructing a six-storey building in Centennial Park would be soul crushing. Given how little parkland there is in Duncan, using even a millimeter of sacred urban green space is immoral, thoughtless and careless.
