Now I've heard it all! The Duncan SPCA gets mega-bucks for a "socialization centre" for fur-babies while organizations that have benefited the wellbeing of Cowichan youth and families for generations (Cowichan Family Life and Big Brothers and Sisters) are left to sit and spin.
I am so tired of the misguided priorities of our federal and provincial governments! It is time for change!
