Letter: No competition in our marketplace

No competition in our marketplace

Grocery giants making a lot of profit, all of them.

Price of groceries are about same in every store.

No competition anymore, so when one store increases price all do. It is easily tracked nowadays.

Not just groceries; our telecoms, our drug stores. Then add oil companies who over last year doubled fuel prices when there was no change in oil/gas demand in Canada!

We have laws against exploitation and embezzlement but it is apparent no one is able to enforce them, understand.

And we continue to allow companies to buy out competition. Clever Canadians!
