Stop spouting conspiracy theories and lies — they’re not wanted

Several events have taken place since the mandate for COVID passports and vaccinations for workers will be enforced in full before the end of October.

I have stood by and observed the madness and the idiocy that seems to be permeating the world now and I have to say I am glad I am on the side of the spectrum where my “golden years” are running out. I am horrified and stunned by the insanity that’s taking over. We have become a hugely spoiled, childish, and selfish society whereby so many believe they have ultimate entitlement to be above the law and the rights of others to choose.

These protests about “my body, my right to choose” are not looking at the big picture. Here’s the thing: you don’t believe COVID exists, you believe the numbers are faked, you believe no one has actually died. You feel that the vaccine will kill you. OK, you can believe what you like.

Now, tell me what you will do if you get sick. Will you run to the hospital to be taken care of by the very people you have verbally abused and beg them to treat you and make you well? Will you believe you are entitled to a hospital bed for your “fake” illness and overcrowd the system when it could have been prevented in the first place? Will you not feel guilty that you are in the hospital by your own doing when somenoe who has heart problems, lung issues, or cancer is turned away and cannot get the treatment they so badly need and end up dying because of your “rights”? What about being treated or examined by a person who has been vaccinated? Will you deny them to help you because they are “impure” now with the vaccine in their systems?

If you have the right to choose, do I not also have that right? What right could you possibly have to defame those who have chosen to do what they feel they need to do to protect themselves? Do you believe you are th eonly ones who know the true facts? Where in this universe are you being educated? If you believe in God and I was pounding on your door insisting there is no God and that you should not believe either, would you appreciate me for enlightening you? I highly doubt it.

My point is this: believe anything you want to, do anything you like with your own body, but please stop spouting your conspiracy theories and lies where they aren’t wanted or needed and quit bothering other people who are just doing the best they can to take care of themselves. Contrary to some popular belief, we have that right!

And please don’t quot that Vaccine Choice Canada lawsuit to me — they have not given any scientific proof of their claim and it could be dismissed before it even goes to trial.
