After reading a letter in April 22 edition, I felt compelled to respond about my experience at the Duncan Aquatic Centre.
I have been swimming twice a week for the past two months and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience in all aspects of my swim. The staff is very welcoming and professional and have gone the extra mile to make our swim safe, organized and punctual. If we are asked to wait a few minutes, it is only because they are following all the protocols that are needed to follow the health guidelines that keep us safe. The work required to get the swim programs up and running was surely a huge undertaking and the cleanliness of the dressing rooms which have to be cleaned after every program, is a testament to their commitment to keep the programs going.
Well done to all the staff and thank you.
