Speeding through residential areas

Whoever said public opinion does not count, or is listened to? North Cowichan has listened. They have raise the speed limit on Donnay Drive S to 110 km/hr up from 50. The signs are not there yet. The speed increase is from Tzouhalem to Stonehouse Way. Very few people ever went 50, most travelled at 80-plus, so this will be a big relief; not that any police action was ever taken.

Great news.
