Thanks for generosity for striking workers

I would like to give a big shout out and thanks to Brian Thacker of Pacific Industrial & Marine Ltd. from all the employees on strike at at WFP, Cowichan Bay Sawmill.

Brian generously gifted each of us a $50 gift certificate from Thrifty Foods at a time when all of us really could use it. It has been really great to see all the support from our community in the last six months. We have appreciated all the coffees, cookies, doughnuts, burgers and beers, haircuts and honks and waves of support from people driving by.

Thanks again, USW-1937 Brothers.
