When will work start to raise the weir at Cowichan Lake? Please do not tell us there are too many jurisdictions involved.
Council has been procrastinating for two years. They have been building dikes for two years to keep the water out, now is the time to make sure we have enough water to drink and enough for the fish and pulp mill.
