What happens for those who pre-paid for using Aquatic Centre?

So here is my problem with the closure during COVID. I paid a year in full. I have not received these services. So what happens now?
I have tried to contact them to ask how this is going to affect the payment I had just made in March. No one will respond. I live on a disability and cannot afford to pay again nor should I have to. How is this going to work? I get to swim four times in a month and I have to eat up the rest? I, in fact, would like a refund as I am sure many of us do or at least an explanation to those who have paid a year in full what to expect. Is that asking too much?
