Cowichan Hoop Camp is back.
The camp for boys and girls from Grades 1-12 will run at Cowichan Secondary School July 3-7, with sessions for Grades 1-8 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and Grades 9-12 from 12:30-3:30 p.m.
The goal of the camp is “to provide a positive environment for improving basketball skills and developing as a person.” Sessions will focus on shooting form, ball handling, attacking the basket, reading situations, fundamental defence and transition play.
