The Cowichan Women's Football League is looking for 10 to 20 new players to fill out rosters for 2015, the league's 32nd season.
Practices start now, with games beginning in March. Players need to be at least 16 to sign up, but that's the only prerequisite.
"All you need is a pair of cleats, great attitude, willingness to learn and an aptitude for team play," spokesperson Chris Mann said. "Join now and learn the best game in town."
Games take place every Sunday and some Fridays from March to June.
