The final game, held on Nov. 27, featured Campbell River and Cowichan Valley with Campbell River winning the game 9-3 to take the tournament title.
The bronze medal game had Vancouver besting Kerry Park by a 6-3 score.
The host Lake Cowichan Lakers placed fifth, falling to Oceanside 11-4 in their final game of the tournament.
In their first victory of the season, Sooke beat Alberni Valley 4-3 for seventh and eighth place respectively.
