If you really want to get on your bike and help find a cure for ALS, there’s an event Sunday, Sept. 18 for you.
The Cowichan Valley WILL Ride is all in aid of ALS research, with proceeds going to the Cycle of Hope Doctorial Research Award recipient.
The event offers three long rides (160km; 90km; 45km) through the scenic Cowichan Valley.
