Lake Cowichan School grads got together to present their annual fashion show Thursday, April 20.
Wearing clothes from Warehouse One, Fields, Sports Traders, and Martin’s plus the school’s 2017 grad wear, the students walked a long catwalk from the stage out into the gym for an appreciative crowd, while MCs Nic Brown and Mason McClement kept the show moving.
The fundraiser this year was held in support of the Rick Hansen Foundation, which was established in 1988 as a Canadian charity and has since been dedicated to Hansen’s lifelong goal of creating an inclusive world where people with disabilities are living to their full potential.
