VIDEO: Don’t forget quiet Gibbins Road in your search for Christmas lights

You’ll be driving along in rural semi-darkness, only to find a holiday surprise.

Driving along Gibbins Road (west of the Cowichan District Hospital) at night, you may think you’re heading into a dark rural area, but you’re in for a delightful surprise.

A group of homeowners, Christmas lovers all, have decided to light the night with a row of brightly decorated houses and gardens.

You’ll know when you get there, so when you take the family out for a drive to see the lights, don’t forget that country areas of the Valley are not all dark this holiday season. You’ll find many such. Enjoy your search!
