Leanbean ingredients are Glucomannan, Choline, Chromium and Zinc, Vitamins B6 and B12, Chloride, Green Coffee and Acai Berry, Turmeric, Garcinia Cambogia, and Piperine. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule 3 times per day with water on an empty stomach. All ingredients are natural, which is fantastic, but the question remains whether this is just another overpriced supplement or if it can deliver on its weight-loss claims.

Thus, you should always take glucomannan with a glass of water if it makes you feel full right away.
Cayenne Pepper and Appetite
For thousands of years, cayenne pepper has improved digestion, relieving muscle pain, and reduced blood pressure. More recently, studies have shown that capsaicin, the active ingredient in cayenne pepper, can decrease appetite.
Green Tea and Garcinia Cambogia
A new meta-analysis examined the effects of green tea and Garcinia Cambogia, two weight loss supplements that have been hyped for their ability to help people lose fat. According to a press release from the University of Exeter in England, it was discovered they can indeed do so — at least when combined. Researchers scrutinized a handful of studies evaluating the use of green tea and Garcinia Cambogia together for both weight loss/weight maintenance and appetite suppression.
Raspberry Ketones and Fat Loss
Raspberry ketones are an ingredient in red raspberries, but they can also be produced synthetically with dietary supplements. They appear to act similarly to capsaicin, synephrine, or ephedrine.
Raspberry ketone supplementation has been shown to promote lipolysis in cells, which may lead to fat loss when taken daily. At least one study shows increased human metabolism following oral ingestion of raspberry ketone, but other research groups have not confirmed the effect. Raspberry ketone supplementation in rats fed a high-fat diet showed reduced weight gain compared with control groups without supplementation.
