The Cowichan Valley School District has completed its lottery for French immersion kindergarten entry and is now waiting for confirmation from the province of what the class size will be, according to Rod Allen, district superintendent of schools.
“We drew the names last week, and hopefully we’ll be able to let the parents know tomorrow,” he told school trustees at their Feb. 14 meeting.
