Duncan - People who live in North Cowichan who think it's a good idea for North Cowichan to amalgamate with Duncan should ask themselves whether they would want all Duncan's bylaws suddenly applying to them. Those bylaws aren't going away. Personally, I do not want Duncan's bylaws infecting North Cowichan at all.
