North Cowichan - I would like to ask Judge Keith Bracken, what kind of crime someone would have to commit to get the full sentence of 25 years before parole eligibility?
This sicko [William Gordon Robert Elliott] killed and mutilated two women and yet he gets only 20 years because he is native and had a tough life. This creature will be out in 20 years to do the same all over again. I don't think he will be changed.It should be your priority to safeguard our young women when you have the chance.
