A North Cowichan woman reported missing last weekend has been found safe and sound.
Julianna Thorne, 51, was reported missing from her Stonehaven Place home by her caregiver last Saturday morning. She had walked away from the home without giving any indication of where she was going.
Thorne suffers from medical conditions that require medication and did not have medication with her when she walked away.
On Thursday, North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP reported that Thorne had been found, and thanked the media and public for their assistance.
