Campbell River RCMP and the BC Coroners Service are investigating a suspicious death after a body was discovered Friday morning at the Best Western Austrian Chalet on the Old Island Highway.
Police do not believe this to be a random act of violence, but no additional information was released, including the age or gender of the victim or whether a suspect or suspects have been identified.
