Another seemingly derelict boat appeared on the shoreline in the Cowichan Bay estuary last week.
"It's a little one, like the ones my guys drag out all the time and tie up at the government dock," said Brian Thacker of Pacific Industrial Marine, who, from his location at the Westcan Terminal, has a front row seat on Cowichan Bay's continuing problem of having derelicts abandoned in the area.
"We're not sure how this one got there; it must have blown in there over the weekend," he said.
