Lake Cowichan RCMP are investigating a break and enter to the Fields Store, located at 33 South Shore Rd. It was broken into during the extensive power outage suffered in the area due to a windstorm on Nov. 6 and 7. The BE happened overnight. Thieves took over $2,800 in cigarettes and snack foods.
