No delays during the day as work planned for evenings

Motorists on the Malahat can expect delays in the evenings as work begins on the new 650-metre elevated wooden skywalk that is being constructed just north of the Malahat Summit.

A press release from the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure said the construction of the Malahat Skywalk may result in short evening closures of Highway 1 between Whittaker Road and Mill Bay Road.
