Notice is hereby given by Lidstech Holdings Ltd., that an application has been made to the Comptroller of Water Rights for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity Amendment for the proposed construction and operation of a waterworks distribution system to serve the following land parcel: - Parcel “A” (DD 235052-1), of Lot I, Section 2, Range 5, Shawnigan District, Plan 1101
